Ratatouille zeigt sich stets lernwillig und engagiert. Sein freundliches Wesen und seine beeindruckende Erscheinung machen ihn zu einem idealen Partner für ambitionierte Reiter.
Zur Zeit wird Ratatouille longiert und langsam auf das Reitpferdeleben vorbereitet. Bis jetzt wird ihm jedoch viel Zeit zum Wachsen gegeben.
Er ist behutsam und mit vielen Artgenossen auf großen Flächen aufgewachsen.
