“Baloo” is a gorgeous, healthy, sound, sane, sweet, 15.3HH, 6-year-old gelding. Baloo has been used on a ranch and has been used to pasture rope, and to doctor, and has been used in the sorting pen. He rides out wonderful alone, and is just as confident alone as he is in a group. He is super broke, and easy to guide anywhere – he is honest, willing, and a joy to ride. He has great gaits, he is smooth at a trot, and at a lope, he has a great stop, neck reins well, and he will guide around anywhere, even with no bridle on. Baloo is exceptionally confident and handles new situations and pressure like a champ. He has solid ground manners, a total gentleman to catch, groom, saddle, bridle, bathe, and he is great for the vet and the farrier. He hops right on the trailer, hauls quietly, and ties to the trailer quietly. We do not get many geldings like this, that check all the boxes for everyone!
