Sam Elliot is a 10 year old AQHA registered sorrel gelding that stands 15’3. For the last 3-4 years, Sam has been my main head horse. Before that, I brought him up in the ranch world so he knows a good days work, giving him a great foundation and mind. He has been hauled to rodeos, and to many jackpots from slides down to the #9’s. He is solid and quiet in the box, leaves off your hand, and handles smoothly in the arena. He knows his job and will do anything you ask of him. No maintenance is required and lameness has never been an issue which allows you to run as many steers as you want to. Whether it is riding in the arena or out in the pasture, Sam has the personality and qualities to take care of the whole family.
